Starting from 1 January 2020 we are working towards becoming carbon neutral by working with the awesome social enterprise Mossy Earth. This is part of our long term strategy for sustainable travel and has enabled us to make an immediate impact.
The partnership with Mossy Earth is essentially to offset our carbon emissions through rewilding projects and planting of native trees in the UK and Europe with the aim of bringing back lost wilderness to Europe and improving biodiversity and restoring native ecosystems.
We planet trees every month as well as plant a tree for every customer who makes a booking through the EverTrek website. This means that by going onto a trek with us, you are making an impact through Carbon Offsetting and restoring lost wilderness in the UK.

Your support goes to Mossy Earth who organise the tree planting projects around the UK and Europe.
The tree gets planted
These guys plant the trees at different locations depending on the projects. Yup, it’s as easy as that!
As well as the tree planting projects that are done through Mossy Earth we also want to directly make an impact in the cities we visit. Here is a short video of some of our customers and our Head Yeti Andy whilst planting some trees at Mandela Primary school in Tanzania during our first day on the Kilimanjaro - The Long Way Trek
