Andy set up EverTrek after experiencing firsthand the fantastic treks in Nepal and wanted to not only help the country by supporting local trade but also help avid adventurers to get out of their comfort zone and test themselves in the Himalayas and beyond. Andy has spent years travelling the planet visiting over 45 countries and extensively in the Himalayas. His obvious love and passion for the mountains & outdoors feeds down to the day to day running of the business and the way he's built the EverTrek community. His goal is to inspire people to not only reach the summits of mountains or trek to places like Everest Base Camp but also love the journey along the way, as he put's it 'It's all about the journey'.

Dave is hugely experienced in high altitude trekking and is an integral part of the EverTrek team in the UK. Everest Base Camp is a regular of his but he can also often be found on a wet and windy welsh mountain in the Brecon Beacons. As our 'Painted Yeti', Dave not only takes care of all of our customers getting them 'Trek Ready' but also supports the local tattoo economy with great zest and vigour.

Jen who originates from Hertfordshire but has lived (what seems like) pretty much everywhere in the UK has a passion for business. Prior to joining the EverTrek team, Jen has run several successful businesses for over a decade. As well being a permanent fixture here at EverTrek, Jen runs a Business Consultancy firm helping businesses from various industries turn their sales and marketing into a valuable asset for their customers benefit whilst helping them have world class & best in the market customer experience. Although the 'lesser spotted yeti', she is nicknamed the 'Jenerator' for her knack of coming up with cool ideas and new things for our EverTrekkers.

Steve offers years of experience in the video & travel industry and joined the EverTrek team back in late 2018 whilst shooting some footage for us on the Everest Base Camp trek. He recently made a documentary called 'Journey to Base Camp' which was nominated for a film festival hosted at Pinewood Studios and shown live at their event in London. He now takes care of our video creation & editing for all of our trip videos, interviews and live streams.

Lauren is our dedicated office manager and looks after the admin and social side of EverTrek. Prior to joining the EverTrek team, Lauren worked and lived in the Netherlands. Knowing that there are not too many mountains in the Netherlands she opted for Wales and worked at the University Hospital of Wales.

Jon is a fantastic member of the training weekend team and leads some of our weekends in the Brecon Beacons alongside the other EverTrek Yeti's. Jon is practically half mountain goat and can regularly be found wandering the mountains of Wales on a wet and windy Sunday afternoon. As an Everest Base Camp veteran having trekked with EverTrek multiple times, he took on the mantle of the great 'Bald Yeti'.

Fi joins us from the charity sector, having spent over 10 years working for both UK and Welsh charities, including The Prince’s Trust and Llamau. Fi has a wealth of knowledge in cultivating corporate partnerships as well as excellent project management, event planning and business development skills with a sharp focus on delivering awesome customer service. Fi took a career break in 2017 and visited 10 countries in South East Asia before travelling back through Europe. She loves the phrase ‘It’s a bimble, not a bash’ and feels it perfectly sums up her attitude to climbing, travelling and life!

Rosie joins the EverTrek team organising the UK EverTrek events as well as working alongside Andy & Jen as their PA. Rosie recently graduated from Liverpool John Moores University after studying Events Management and brings her happy and bubbly personality to the office, hence 'Yeti Hapus' (Welsh for Happy Yeti). Hailing from mid-Wales she loves a bit of walking in the countryside as well as some time horse riding as well as chomping on her fav food, Sushi!

Anuj Pandey
Nepal Operations Manager & Sky Diving Yeti

Anuj manages all of the Nepal operations and liaises with our Painted Yeti Dave and rest of the team making sure all of the on the ground logistics are put in place for each trip and expedition. Anuj has traveled extensively around most of Asia and Europe, having lived and studied in Austria for a number of years. He has a Masters’ degree in Innovation & Tourism Management in Austria with his dissertation research focusing on “Making Adventure Tourism Sustainable- A case study of Everest area” and also has a Bachelors degree in Commerce. He has been inspirational in creating our plans to reduce the plastic use on all of our treks by introducing purified water filters on each trek. Although he could be labeled the 'Biker Yeti' with his love of motorbikes, Anuj is also a huge fan of sky diving. He organised and ran the team which completed the World record for highest parachute landing on Mt Baruntse (6150m in 2019 where his brother made the landing and he also runs regular skydiving events over the Everest region in November each year.
