The Itinerary - Your Chitwan Adventure

Day 1 - Journey to Chitwan

Your Chitwan adventure begins at around 7:00 am in the morning. Leaving the Kathmandu Valley behind, you'll head southwest along the scenic Prithvi highway, passing lush green hills and the Trisuli River. After a 5-hour drive, you'll reach the hotel just outside the National Park, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch. The afternoon is free for you to explore the Tharu Village and the museum, and you'll spend the night at a local hotel.

Day 2 - Jungle Safari and Canoe Ride

After a hearty breakfast, you'll have the opportunity to visit the local Elephant Sanctuary. Then, it's time for an exciting canoe ride along the Budhi Rapti River. Following the paddle, you'll embark on a jungle hike, where you might spot various wildlife like deer, one-horned rhinos, water birds, bears, and if you're lucky, tigers! If walking isn't your thing, there's an optional jeep safari available at an additional cost. You'll spend the night at a comfortable hotel in Chitwan.

Day 3 - Explore Chitwan at Your Own Pace

Today is your day to explore Chitwan National Park at your own pace. You could hire a bike and explore the small villages, go hiking for some bird watching, or simply unwind at the hotel. The choice is yours!

Day 4 - Return to Kathmandu

It's time to bid farewell to Chitwan as you head back to Kathmandu. The journey will take between 5-7 hours, depending on traffic. In the evening, enjoy a memorable farewell dinner at one of Kathmandu's finest restaurants. You'll spend the night at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 5 - Departure

Today marks the end of your unforgettable journey with EverTrek. If your flight is scheduled for the early morning, our representative will escort you to the airport. If you have a later flight, you can explore Kathmandu's shopping areas or relax at the hotel. If you've booked additional accommodation through us, you can stay at the hotel until your departure.
